Nozzo Systems Limited ("we", "us") provides fuel station management software to stations and station groups ("customers"). This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we protect it. It applies to our public website and to the Nozzo workspace used by customers and their staff.

• Contact and enquiry details — name, phone number, station name and location when you request a demo or contact us.
• Account and staff information — names, roles and login credentials for people your business grants access to the workspace.
• Station operational data — fuel sales, meter and dip readings, shift reconciliations, stock movements, pricing, expenses, debtors and related records entered into the workspace by your staff.
• Technical data — basic device and usage information (such as IP address and browser type) needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

2. How we use it

• To provide, operate and support the Nozzo workspace for your station(s).
• To respond to demo requests and enquiries.
• To generate the reports, reconciliations and summaries the workspace is built to produce.
• To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and maintain an audit trail of actions taken in the system.
• To improve the product based on how it is actually used.

3. Who owns and can see station data

Operational data belongs to the customer (the station or station group) that entered it. Access within a workspace is controlled by the roles and permissions your business configures. Our staff access customer data only to provide support, investigate issues, or as needed to operate the service — not for any unrelated purpose.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell customer or station data. We share information only with service providers who help us run the platform (such as hosting and email delivery), under obligations to keep it confidential, or where required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain account and operational data for as long as your workspace is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting and audit obligations. Enquiry details submitted through the demo request form are kept only as long as needed to follow up.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse, including access controls, audit logging and encrypted connections.

7. Your choices

If you are a station owner or manager, you control the staff accounts and data within your workspace. If you contacted us about a demo and want your enquiry details removed, contact us using the details below.
